With a fleet of 264 modern container ships and a total transport capacity of 2.0 million TEU, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world's leading liner shipping companies. In the Liner Shipping segment, the Company has around 13,500 employees and 400 offices in 135 countries. Hapag-Lloyd has a container capacity of 2.9 million TEU – including one of the largest and most modern fleets of reefer containers. A total of 113 liner services worldwide ensure fast and reliable connections between more than 600 ports across the world. In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has stakes in 20 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India, and North Africa. The roughly 2,600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment handle terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.
- You support in the conceptualization and design of digital learning content (e.g., e-learning courses, videos, interactive exercises)
- You will assist our team in developing instructional concepts and storyboards for learning modules
- Your responsibilities include visual and multimedia design of learning materials (graphics, animations, videos)
- In addition you collaborate closely with the design and content team to implement projects
- The support in conducting tests and evaluations of learning content will be as well part of your tasks
- You are an enrolled student in Digital Arts, Media Design, Communication Design, or a related field of study
- You also have basic knowledge of instructional design or learning psychology is a plus
- Ideally, you have already gained experience with design and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects)
- Creativity and attention to detail in the design of visual content come natural by you
- You are interested in developing digital learning solutions and instructional concepts
- You are independent, you have a structured work style and a team-oriented mindset
