In the eMobility / Energy Technology area, you focus on the mobility of the future, or you focus on green energy concepts in the context of smart home technologies.

In 12-24 months, you transition through various business units, called stations, in Germany as well as abroad. You support in identifying future topics in the development of innovative systems and components. You will work in agile development teams with technically fascinating and sophisticated products and services from the Bosch Group.

  • Personality: You already show inventiveness for topics such as electric motors and power electronics or green energy concepts such as heat pump systems, stationary fuel cells or hydrogen as energy storage. You enjoy promoting and getting other people excited about them. You consider courage, openness, tolerance and mindfulness to be desirable attitudes.

  • Background: In your technical master's or diploma studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, computer science, natural sciences or similar, you have deepened the topic of electromobility and completed it with above-average success. Maybe you have already gained an MBA, PhD or first professional experience.
  • Experience and know-how: You have at least three months of international experience and have gained practical experience through demanding industrial internships. You have a very good command of the English language and have some command of German. You also have practical experience in the use of one or more programming languages such as Python, Matlab, C or Java.
