Client Engagement & Consulting:

  • Conduct discovery sessions with prospects, qualify opportunities, and tailor your approach to each engagement.

  • Use insights and consultative selling techniques to educate customers about their industry, offering unique perspectives that link back to Amadeus Cytric solutions.

  • Articulate the value of Cytric solutions and our partner portfolio, helping prospects and clients understand the strategic advantage of our offerings.

  • Coach customer stakeholders, build consensus within their organizations, and establish yourself as a trusted partner.

  • Strategize with sales team members to identify the most persuasive approaches, addressing deal-level challenges, and increasing sales velocity, volume, and deal size.

Solution Definition & Demonstrations:

  • Lead solution definition, scoping, and alignment processes, ensuring that proposed solutions meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations for the Amadeus Cytric platform and associated applications, utilizing a configurable demonstration environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors' products and stay current with industry events and product offerings to provide a comprehensive view during demonstrations.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with the sales team, aligning solutions to prospect requirements.

Collaboration & Strategic Leadership:

  • Manage strategic bids and collaborate with the sales lead, contributing to territory planning and deal reviews.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives that drive the success of the organization.
  • Provide advice and guidance to other Solutions Consultants, participating in the professional development of new team members.
  • Offer input on prospect requirements to Product Marketing teams, ensuring alignment between client needs and product development.
  • Participate in trade shows, user conferences, and other events as a representative of Amadeus.

  • University degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 10+ years in the IT industry, with experience in product/solution management, consulting, or presales.
  • Experience in a multinational, multicultural, and virtual working environment.
  • Strong presentation and consulting skills with proficiency in relationship building, negotiation, and persuasion.
  • Understanding of and experience in the travel, expense management, and payment industry.
