Job Description

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

In order to be prepared for the challenges of the (digital) energy transition, various internal transformation processes are necessary to drive digitalization forward. In this context, I can contribute as an important contact person a the heart of the transformation engine.

My responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of transformation activities and ensuring the achievement of OKRs,
  • Internal and external stakeholder management,
  • Management of risks and dependencies,
  • Development and maintenance of transparent reporting,
  • Use of modern project management tools and approaches to ensure effective collaboration,
  • Organization and moderation of meetings,
  • Organization of infrastructure and resources.

  • Completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, or similar studies,
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management with extensive knowledge of setting up and leading a PMO in an agile environment,
  • Proven track record of delivering successful agile transformations with a focus on strategic alignment and operational excellence,
  • Proven knowledge of best practices and methodology,
  • Languages: English (C1), German is a big plus.
