Job Description

With an integrated industrial platform, Versalis (Eni), the major Italian chemical company, offers to the market a wide portfolio of about 400 products and a new range of chemical intermediates obtained by renewable raw materials.

The subsidiary Versalis International SA , acts as a trading company and as a service provider for the plants (administration, credit, control, HR, IT and general services).

The German Branch of Versalis International is located in Eschborn, Hesse. For this one we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

The role of the Customer Service Representative is, to carry out order management and processing. Provide and process information in response to enquiries and requests about products and services. Keep daily contact with Customers, and ensure the highest level of quality of communication among all stakeholders in the process


This includes:

  • Order entry including control of volumes, allocation, and availability
  • Verify correctness of invoices, creating debit/credit notes when necessary
  • Order processing for consignment stocks and for product coming from internal warehouses
  • Maintain a proper and effective communication with the customer for any request
  • Receive, insert and follow-up administration of customer complaints in CRM
  • Support and cooperation with Sales and Finance Department
  • Customer Advocate & Relationship Management, including solution finding for problems and discrepancies
  • Observation of company regulations and processes according to end-to-end process ISO

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Technical skills: Customer Service and/or logistics principles and practices; some knowledge of admin procedures; knowledge of chemical or oil environment is a plus
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Office package; very good knowledge of SAP system ; CRM is a plus.
  • Fluent in English & German.
