If you are a proactive problem solver, we are looking for you! As Executive Assistant for our Munich management team, you will be instrumental for the organizational success of PreciTaste.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will actively participate in the executive decision making process,
Calendar maintenance and updating
Travel planning and booking/regulation of visa matters
Expense and travel expense accounting
Organization of events, conferences and regular meetings of the entire management team
Managing and coordinating all correspondence (reminders, due dates)
Creating presentations for management and customers
Management and organization of benefits, anniversaries
Support and supervision of global sales support-led projects
A degree in business administration or business informatics
You have openness, flexibility and team spirit
You are characterized by perseverance and commitment when dealing with customers and colleagues
Self-confidence, communication, a high level of commitment, solution-oriented thinking and a quick grasp are also among your strengths
Ability to work in a team as well as an independent, systematic and self-reliant way of working
You have a certain affinity for tech topics
You are a strong communicator in German and English (fluent in spoken and written)
First experience in a consulting environment is an advantage
