About This Job:
We are looking for an experienced Panel Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and managing panel acquisition efforts, driving efficiency in recruitment processes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing, project management, and financial analysis, with a proven track record of managing complex processes and projects in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
  • Source cost-effective recruitment solutions through partnerships with global and local brokers.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams for cost efficiency and follow up on leads for company projects.
  • Develop processes to recruit household members for the consumer panel.
  • Manage social media activities to attract self-referred candidates.
Panel Management:
  • Monitor recruitment phases to ensure alignment with research objectives.
  • Maintain KPIs such as panel size and demographics (age, gender, location).
  • Ensure panel data accuracy through relevant surveys and checks.
  • Regularly report on project progress and contribute to project meetings.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Coordinate vendors, ensuring strong KPI performance in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Align recruitment strategies with company goals.
  • Track, report, and analyze marketing and acquisition stats, sharing insights with stakeholders.
Performance & Risk Management:
  • Lead financial analysis and risk management for panel acquisition.
  • Ensure KPIs (CPA, lead volumes, ROI) are met and optimize processes to mitigate risks.
Communication & Reporting:
  • Provide regular updates on progress, strategies, and results to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Share clear updates on marketing performance, financials, and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in managing marketing, processes, and projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to analyze complex data.
  • Project & Financial Management: Deep understanding of project and financial management tools.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities, including remote coordination.
  • Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate strategy and priorities to senior stakeholders.
  • Languages: Excellent English and German communication skills are essential.
