- Running the operations in Business Resilience Management incl. further developing Resilience Managment approaches for a best in class approach
- Shaping the data-domain resilience as a data steward with the goal in mind to deliver facts and figures to leaders for fact-based decision making
- Management of the integration of further data-sources and market tools in the resilience management approach
- Close sparring with WEPA leaders and multiple experts in handling resilience management tools according to their business needs
- Handling Group Business Resilience daily operations for short periods and with full independence
- Driving and supporting analysis of market impacts on WEPA value-chain
- Supporting cross-functional business resilience projects with Project Management expertise, tools, project support, analytics
- Personality: Analytical, strategic thinking, communicative, result-oriented, hungy to learn
- Working: generalist with strong analytical strengths and continous hunger to learn and grow
- Experience and Know-how: 3-5y experience in the field of business resilience, strategy consulting, controlling
- Qualification: Relevant university degree, prefered with business management background
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English, German highly beneficial
