HME Copper Germany GmbH, based in Menden, is one of the leading companies in the production of copper tubes and a reliable partner for its customers.
The following position is available for the traditional production site in Menden:
Operations Coordinator (m/w/d)
- Coordination of all aspects of production, procurement, warehousing and logistics processes for semi-finished brass and copper products
- Ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment
- Working closely with R&D, procurement and supplier teams to participate in mechanical upgrade and retrofit projects
- Monitoring project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Analyzing production data, identifying improvement potential and optimizing production processes
- Managing supplier performance and ensuring timely delivery of materials while meeting quality standards and cost targets
- Managing production data, inventory information and order processes in SAP systems
- Contributing to continuous improvement of operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Completed Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in operations or a related position in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain principles and international trade practices
- Experience with processes and methods of mechanical upgrade and retrofit projects
- Experience with project management methods
- Ability to work in a team / ability to cooperate / strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently but also collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Very good experience and knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Mandarin and German is an advantage
