Corporate Project Manager (f/m/d)
for the site Starnberg (and working from home)

  • Lead the assigned corporate/global projects and programs within the Science & Technology organization, management of large and strategic MS&T, development and footprint projects
  • Compile, adjust, execute and maintain the project/program plan in accordance to corporate strategy including budget proposal, risk assessment, communication plan etc.
  • Build up and manage the cross-functional project/program team in accordance to agreed timelines, budget, quality and risk profile
  • Manage the internal and external communication and act as single point of contact for the management
  • Prepare regular project/program updates for and to the board incl. scenarios, changes/adjustments to the agreed project/program plan, opportunities for upside potential and newly identified risks and their mitigation
  • Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities, together with manufacturing sites as required

  • Master degree as pharmacist, natural scientist (such as chemist, biologist, life scientist, physics), medicine, business manager or equivalent with 8-10 years in a client facing, project management or scientific environment
  • In-depth understanding of life-science industrie, CDMO experience is a plus
  • Proven knowledge of project management
  • Customer-related experience and excellent client-facing skills - desire to meet and indeed exceed customers' expectations
  • Leadership, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Willingness to travel (10-30%)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, good knowledge of German is a plus
