Director Order Management (m/f/d)


  • You will define both operational execution and long-term capabilities, ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our processes
  • Lead projects to improve order processes and network efficiencies, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance our operations
  • You will regularly assess performance metrics and implement improvements in carrier risk and performance management
  • Foster a high-performing team environment by supervising GPOs and operational, administrative, and management staff
  • Drive the enforcement of optimal policies and procedures, incorporating new technologies such as TMS and Transport Optimizer to improve productivity and accuracy


  • You possess a degree in economics, industrial engineering, or a related field in supply chain and order management
  • With excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, you lead and manage team confidently and efficiently
  • Your proven track record demonstrates a deep understanding of industry best practices and procedures
  • Proficient in leveraging order key performance indicators (KPIs), you consistently drive significant improvements in performance and efficiency
  • Your excellent English language skills and a willingness to travel as required ensure effective communication and collaboration across multiple locations which will complete your profile
