For our location Frankfurt am Main (Airport/Gateway Gardens) we are looking for you to strengthen the team as Global Data Quality Manager (f/m/d).


  • You create and perform with the Data Quality Lead a new standardization for KION-wide data quality strategy
  • You will be responsible for healthy, fast, secure and efficient data quality including prior data cleansing
  • You will support the Data Owners in the definition of DQM rules and be responsible for the implementation of data cleansing guidelines/best practices as well as global data quality metrics
  • You support the preparation of data migration tests/trial loads to agreed levels of data volume and quality
  • With your expertise, you continuously improve and develop enterprise data quality and recognize changing business and industry requirements at an early stage and adapt data structures accordingly
  • You ensure Data Quality for assigned data objects within the Operating Units
  • You direct project planning and management to ensure standard methodology and frameworks are followed with regards to the KION data quality standards

  • You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering or comparable studies with several years of professional experience preferably some time in a leadership role
  • You bring relevant experience in a data quality orientated role in a technical and commercial context and are motivated in leading the data cleansing initiative
  • You have wide knowledge of (SAP) Data model, industry leading data quality and data protection management practices
  • You are highly skilled in change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design
  • You have excellent analytical skills with focus on details as well as problem-solving competence
  • You enjoy communicating and facilitating in English with senior level management from technology and business in an international and intercultural environment
