As part of the expansion of our industry department in Germany and as part of an international team, currently consisting of 10 colleagues, we are now looking for two full-time Sales Managers Industry (m/f/d) for the regions of Northern and Southern Germany.

Acquiring new customers is your passion and thanks to your strong sales affinity and your technical background, you are a competent consultant and contact person for our customers, such as manufacturers in the chemical and food industry, as well as in the onshore sector and much more. Are you a salesperson (gn*) with heart and soul, are you not afraid of acquiring new customers and are you prepared to find and pursue new creative paths?

Then you are the ideal person for our sales team, because we are looking for you as Sales Manager Industry (m/f/d). Starting immediately and on a permanent basis.


  • Needs-based advice for our customers without losing sight of sales targets
  • Conducting contract negotiations
  • Acquiring new customers and continuously expanding the customer base, as well as creating and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Market research/observation and feedback on business development
  • Close and collegial cooperation with your counterpart in Customer Service
  • CRM-supported activities and monthly reporting of your KPIs
  • Budget responsibility in your sales area

  • Successfully completed degree with a commercial/technical background or alternatively completed vocational training with a strong sales focus
  • Several years of professional experience (ideally 5-10 years) in the industry, preferably from pump, valve or pipeing business direct toward Pharma, Chemical, cold storage or food production
  • Willingness to travel between 60 - 80% within your sales region
  • Good technical knowledge and the ability to read complex technical drawings
  • A convincing personality with a confident demeanor and strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • You can organize yourself well, work in a structured and goal-oriented manner
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (English is company language)
  • Confident in using MS Office and CRM systems
