Your Team:

At Statista Tech, our mission is to to harness the possibilities of modern technology to bring Statista's data assets to the fingertips of our customers around the globe as conveniently and reliably as possible. Internally, we provide a productive digital workplace environment at Statista globally.


  • You will support us with setup, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware
  • You will become part of our IT helpdesk team. In direct contact with our employees, you will support them in finding solutions.
  • As part of first-level support, you will help our employees with hardware and software issues.
  • You will actively work on our incoming IT tickets from all our worldwide locations.
  • You will be part of the on- and offboarding process and support new employees on their first day in the company with questions about the hardware they have received.
  • You will support us in our IT projects

  • Student in the field of computer science or something similar
  • Basic knowledge of IT.
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proactive in approaching people and engaging them in dialogue.
  • Experience in the field of user support is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently
