Join our team and you'll be responsible for account management.
Working in the Sales department, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying, hunting and developing new business opportunities.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
- Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to the management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPIs while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion and presentation abilities.
- Experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer or similar role.
- Being results oriented with a critical thinking mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in French, German and English. Luxembourgish is an asset.
- Experience with CRMs, MS Office and knowledge of the recruitment market and trends.
