- Collaborates to develop commercial strategies to commercialize new products, geographic expansion of core portfolio products and optimization of launched products in the market
- Joins forces to develop and execute global launch strategies for the GI Business Unit with regional input (e.g. events, potential channels, etc.)
- Supports the creation of commercial response materials and strategies to address competitive threats and changing market trends
- Maintains responsibility for informing internal cross-functional teams, as well as regional partners at all levels on business requirements under the scope of responsibility for global commercialization
- Develops comprehensive digital plans for awareness and leads generation campaigns (e.g. searches, advertising, social media, landing pages, etc.) with measurable objectives
- Expands product value propositions and marketing messages while working with the Regional Product Managers
- Develops and delivers launch packages to regional partners including pitch packs, tools and campaign collateral and performs analyses on existing programs to determine future opportunities
- Maintains responsibility and drives alignment of commercialization plans, budgets, timelines, risk assessment, progress and risk mitigation proposals
- Establishes global KPIs to track product launches and executions, develops mitigation plans as needed to keep all targets on time/track
- Maintains expertise by attending procedures, courses, workshops, tradeshows, and stays abreast of market dynamics, competitive landscape and global industry changes and technological advancements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
- Several years of experience with medical devices, diagnostics, corporate strategy, portfolio management, downstream marketing and project management
- At least first to several years of experience in new product introductions within medical device field
- Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred qualifications:
- Clinical competency, analytical skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Knowledge and experience within GI endoscopy medical technology field strongly preferred
- Experience in successfully developing and launching new products in the medical device industry from concept to commercialization
- Experienced in designing and executing voice of customer research
- Self-motivated individual with track record of establishing and executing on goals and successfully leading cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in identifying and developing thought leader relationships
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
