In EMEA Sales you'll be part of a collaborative, diverse, and dynamic team located across our European offices, with great exposure to the company's initiatives and external/internal stakeholders.
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist for DACH and Benelux

Achieve annual sales goals established by the company in the assigned territory through strategic planning and tactical implementation of growth initiatives

Demonstrate effective value selling skills and Hardware/Software understanding to uncover customer needs and position an appropriate solution

Engage customers via phone and email by providing quotations, cross-selling, up-selling, and minimizing discounting where possible
-
Coordinate multiple sales opportunities and account management activities in SFDC
-
Engage in deal making with large accounts together with Field Sales managers

Account Management on important dealers in your region

Prepare and present a weekly funnel review, using SFDC to apply funnel management to demonstrate the quality of the funnel and show activity plans

Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce.com (SFDC)

Provide “Voice of Sales” (customer input) in corporate programs including market research and Kaizen events
-
Proactively partner and communicate with lead generation, software inside sales, field sales, and admin teams to ensure customer satisfaction and promptly close business opportunities

High degree of motivation, goal driven, self-starter

Advanced level of English and native German

Comfortable in an international and fast paced environment, with a result driven approach

Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers

Proven organizational and time management skills; ability to set priorities and work independently

Proficiency in the use of PCs and software, including CRM databases (SalesForce.com)
