To strengthen our growing team in Braunschweig, we are looking for an E-Commerce Lead (m/f/d).


Team Leadership and Strategy Development

  • Manage the daily operational and strategic tasks of the e-commerce team.
  • Lead, coach, and train e-commerce staff across 3 to 4 locations as necessary.
  • Develop strategies to tap into new, profitable marketplaces and implement them within the designated timeline.

Marketplace Management

  • Oversee and further develop our marketplace channels, focusing primarily on Amazon PAN-EU, USA, and UK.
  • Maintain, monitor, and optimize product listings and data with a focus on SEO.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, monitoring key products and trends.
  • Analyze marketplace trends, monitor competitors, and evaluate business performance to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, boost sales, and expand our product offerings on various platforms.
  • Plan, analyze, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
  • Create data-driven reports to help scale our global product portfolio.
  • Analyze metrics to track performance, gather insights, and make data-informed decisions for business optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to ensure strategies are aligned and business goals are met.
  • Oversee the P&L of our online stores across different marketplaces.

Performance Management

  • Work closely with the performance marketing team, managing the performance of products and PPC campaigns.
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, plan and manage SEA (Search Engine Advertising) activities, focusing on platforms like Google and Microsoft.
  • Proactively optimize and manage all relevant campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing).
  • Continuously monitor and refine our keyword strategies.
  • Conduct independent market research to discover new trends, platforms, and advertising formats.
  • Ensure alignment of SEA efforts within the team, maintaining control and execution.
  • Analyze existing campaigns using KPIs and derive actionable recommendations.

Content & Webshop Management

  • Oversee and, if necessary, manage and maintain the ARCTIC webshop across APAC, Germany, and the USA.
  • Create and optimize SEO-driven and multilingual content for the webshop and marketplaces, ensuring compliance with health claims.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns with a focus on online promotions and discounts.
  • Define and implement content marketing strategies.

Social Media & Creator Management

  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of social media and creator management to support our efforts in these areas.


  • Completed commercial training or a degree, ideally with a focus on eCommerce or online marketing.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role with personnel responsibility or in a comparable field.
  • Experience in analyzing and managing performance data.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEA and analytical tools like Google Analytics and Meta.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with additional languages as an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, with a confident and personable character.
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills, with a proactive and structured approach to work.
  • A keen affinity for numbers and data, coupled with excellent analytical abilities to drive business decisions.
