Your Role at ZEISS Digital Innovation

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be a key player in the KAM team and will have the responsibility of supporting our current KAMs in helping one of our strategic clients achieve their goals. Your MedTech expertise will be beneficial in understanding clients' needs and supporting them in creating digital solutions to improve people's health.

By working closely with the responsible KAMs, you will be responsible for ensuring the sustainable and strategic development and expansion of clients.

At first, your role will involve supporting others, but as time goes on, you will take on more responsibility:

  • Identifying new opportunities to shape the market with tailored digital solutions
  • Designing and implementing account strategies, with a primary focus on key target accounts
  • Building a sustainable and robust pipeline, ensuring accurate prediction and account strategising
  • Driving customer success by deeply understanding their business and effectively engaging with the ZEISS Digital Innovation value proposition
  • Coordinating and implementing meetings and projects alongside our teams and your clients
  • Managing contract negotiations to closure

Your Profile

Are you passionate about establishing solid relationships with customers and staying up-to-date with market trends? Are you motivated to work with a team to develop sales strategies and approaches? Does the chance to assist clients in developing digital solutions to enhance people's health excite you? Then we want to hear from you!

You will also be expected to have the following skills and experience:

  • Sales experience is not required but advantageous
  • Self-driven, capable of working without supervision
  • Outstanding communication abilities in both German and English
  • strong interest in medical technology and agile software development
  • project management skills would be an asset
