The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Manager to lead our Human Resources initiatives across Europe. This senior management role offers a unique opportunity to shape HR strategy and drive organizational excellence in a global, technology-driven company.


  • Drive Regional HR Strategy: Collaborate with European site management and HR teams to implement and localize HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with our business objectives.
  • Leadership & Development: Lead and facilitate leadership development and organizational growth by addressing root causes of HR challenges. Mentor and support managers and employees to create a high-performance culture.
  • Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with local laws and global HR guidelines, including SOX and Internal Controls.
  • Employee Relations: Champion a proactive and systematic approach to resolving employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee regional compensation, benefits plans, and payroll, ensuring competitive packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to regional leaders, guiding them through organizational changes and talent management.
  • HR Operations: Manage headcount, budgets, and capital expenditures, ensuring HR processes are efficient and in line with global timelines.
  • Special Projects: Lead and participate in various high-impact HR projects to drive continuous improvement across the region.

  • MBA, MSW, or MLM degree
  • 7+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of European employment laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in dealing with unions
  • Expertise in designing and delivering coaching, mentoring, and talent management programs
  • Advanced skills in HR Information Systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in report writing and policy development
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement initiatives
