Working Hours: Full-time employee

We are continuing to grow and are looking for you as Team Leader Business Development Sales (m/f/x) for our dedicated team. In your position, you will not only coordinate new services and optimize existing business models, but also make a significant contribution to identifying new business areas. You are a person with your own personal profile of qualifications, talents and desires. And we are not like any other company.   • Management, structure and further development of the Rental Services team
  • Analyzing customer and industry segments as well as market trends in collaboration with central departments
  • Identifying and developing new business areas and partnerships
  • Evaluating and optimizing business models and pricing structures for new products and services
  • Coordination of new services and performance monitoring
  • Optimization of product launch processes in coordination with product management, process management and sales


  • Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, business administration, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in sales management, business development management or in a comparable position
  • Sound knowledge of market analysis and the development of growth strategies
  • High customer orientation as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Proven success in after-sales management and business development
  • Knowledge in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Navision and SAP desirable
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
