We are seeking an experienced Business & Data Analyst to support operational areas and management within the Medical Repair Services division of Olympus. You will play a key role in developing our Business Intelligence (BI) platform and system landscape, helping to drive performance, efficiency and cost improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze data for operational teams and management within Medical Repair Services
  • Develop and optimize the BI platform and system landscape
  • Analyze business requirements and source systems to generate reports, dashboards and insights
  • Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Support performance, cost and efficiency improvements in medical repair services
  • Leverage advanced analytics to enhance service operations
  • Implement data-driven countermeasures for operational inefficiencies
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality in reporting

  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a related field
  • Long-standing experience as Data Analyst and working in advanced analytics and financial management of service operations
  • Expertise with Microsoft Power BI and Power BI Stack
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, R or Python desirable
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
