Team Lead Process Development in Sales (m/f/x)

We continue to grow and are looking for you as Team Lead for Process Development in Sales (m/f/x) for our dedicated team. In your position, you will be largely responsible for the introduction of standardized sales processes at European level and will be involved in the establishment and further development of structures and processes in the Rental Helpdesk area. You are a person with your own personal profile of qualifications, talents and desires. And we are not a company like any other. - Management, structure and further development of the Internal Rental Helpdesk team
- Establishing a standardized and efficient work process in the European internal sales department
- Optimization of sales and ERP processes
- Ensuring smooth communication between internal sales, the strategic sales area and other departments
- Collaboration on strategic projects Active further development of internal sales processes
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, computer science (m/f/x) or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in sales, IT, sales management or in a comparable position
- Experience in leading and motivating teams, ideally in an IT or sales environment
- Sound experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), especially in the adaptation and optimization of sales processes
- Technical understanding of ERP integration in operational processes and the ability to identify and implement improvements in the system
- Business fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 10% of working time)
