As we continue to grow, we are looking for a suitable candidate for our Junior Specialist Daily Operation (m/f/d) position in our Italy office in Vercelli.

  • Strengthening and building solid customer and supplier relationships
  • Supporting the Key Account Manager and Compound Manager with daily back-office operations
  • Monitoring contractual SLAs and daily reporting
  • Drafting daily reports and statistics for KPI monitoring and reference objectives, both internally and for customers
  • Supporting the implementation of agreed procedures, following up on progress, and discussing corrective actions for damage and loss prevention with customers and suppliers
  • Acting as deputy in the absence of the Key Account Manager/Quality Claim Specialist, including communication with the customer and GEU HQ operations
  • Supporting project plans for new logistics concepts in line with customer requests
  • Developing and improving processes, while identifying new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong and trustworthy relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Considering environmental factors when preparing new proposals and projects


  • Secondary school diploma, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field will be beneficial.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, service orientation, analytical thinking, planning, and organization.
  • Ability and willingness to understand and accept foreign cultures and mentalities.
  • Excellent communication skills and capacity to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent Italian written and spoken, Good English knowledge will be a plus.
