Customer Service Representative

Level: Mid-Senior
Limitation: 1 Year
- Taking responsibility for overall order management; timely processing of customer orders as well as customer complaints from domestic and international markets, specifically focusing on Italian customers
- Building effective working relationships with external customers and internal departments (sales, order fulfillment/shipping, disposition/material management, production, credit control), including clarification with customers or the sales organization
- Resolving service questions and identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer relations
- You are fluent in English and German. Any additional language is advantageous
- You hold a business degree or have relevant experience
- You are a true team player and cultural aware
- You can prioritize in a constantly changing environment
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is preferred
