Contract type: limited to max. 18 months
Working time: Part-time - max. 18 hrs / week
- You will assist in the tracking of our analytics portfolio
- You will coordinate team members in maintaining our portfolio tool
- You create and monitor reasonable measures to ensure understanding development areas
- You prepare and present regular progress reports on project status
- You organize and maintain project and portfolio documentation for easy access and reference as well as for internal training purposes
- You participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance portfolio management processes
- You are an enrolled Master's Student in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field.
- You possess strong organizational and project management skills.
- You have excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI. Power Platform proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- High affinity to technology and process understanding.
