  • You drive the regional segment steering together with the regional business head and respective functions (e.g. Innovation, business development, sales)
  • You drive & manage regional key strategic initiatives contributing to global segment strategy in strong partnership across the organization
  • You create customer value in matching customers targets & strategies with insights about future trends (2-5 years) in the segment and related Henkel offerings
  • You collect and analyze competitor/customer insights to derive relevant intelligence and actions for the business segment
  • You ensure consistency in market insights and related interpretation (trends, market sizing, association work) to provide fact-based recommendations to the segment team
  • You initiate, steer and manage strategic projects and transformational initiatives by anticipating future market trends, potential regulations, and technological push
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with broader business goals
  • You own your results, including customer messaging, promote range definition & pricing strategy of related products

  • University degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Marketing B2B, Strategy, General Management in a relevant Industry
  • Ideally first experience in the paper packaging industry
  • Strategic thinking and planning for effective market strategy development as well as analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions
  • Project management abilities to oversee the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
  • Creativity and innovation for developing impactful market strategies
  • Excellent English language skills
