Data Management Officer (m/f/d)

The Data Management officer is responsible for the company wide implementation of the data governance framework and assists the data governance activities.


  • Work together with Change, Compliance and IT to manage data risk and change (DSOC) within agreed risk appetite
  • Define, monitor and report on data management risk and control indicators
  • Assist and coordinate the data quality issue management
  • Assist implementation of and maintenance of data domain business data dictionaries, data quality requirements and controls of critical data
  • Support data stewards with identifying critical data and data quality rules
  • Contribute to the assessment of new and existing suppliers and relevant contract negotiations
  • Provide trainings in data management for data governance specific roles

  • Educated to degree level in a data related discipline
  • Several years of professional experience in data management and project management
  • Strong knowledge in data management frameworks (ex. DAMA -DMBOK, DCAM)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluency in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus)
