You as the Inline Sales Champion are responsible for the sales growth of our Inline Product Portfolio and drive significant impact to the organization's growth and and will be located in remotely within EU. You are willing to travel to visit customer sites and our R&D sites across EMEA and have good access to an international airport.

The Inline Sales Product Champion is a key role in the new vertical Sales Organization; s/he is supporting, developing and leading all Inline specific topics in his/her specific territory with a professional team of local Sales Managers to support maximum sales revenue, volume, profitability, market share and customer mindshare. The sales champion focuses on winning now as well as winning tomororw by balancing short term and long term efforts.


In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Grow regional revenues by owning, meeting and exceeding the quarterly and yearly target

  • Coach the Local Sales Managers with support of the EMEA Sales Team Leader

  • become the Inline expert with the sales team

  • monthly funnel management and funnel review with local sales manager to drive quarterly and 2 year funnel

  • Key Account Management of our large accounts. Manage the buying centers in different EMEA Countries with support of your team members to ensure our customers experience the same standards across the globe

  • Support the launch of new products and train the local Sales Managers

  • Proactively leverage sucess stories across the sales teams


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • BS or MS degree in electrical, mechanical or color degrees with two to five years sales of related technical sales.

  • Direct selling experience in a business-to-business environment; plus demonstrated ability to sustain superior performance in a full range of selling activities which include hardware, software and services. Proven track record to achieve or exceed assigned sales target.

  • Ability to manage all aspects of the selling cycle for capital equipment from negotiation to close.

  • Ability to travel 50% - 70% of the time in EMEA – to customers resp. visit Martinsried (Munich) (countries to be defined on language skills).

  • Language skills: German and English (fluent) – every additional language is an asset
