Uniper's Engineering Division is looking for a Senior Expert for Plant & Process Engineering!
- As the lead technical authority for Uniper´s Engineering in the field of process and plant engineering, your activities will include:
- cross-project technical leadership in the technically complex core areas of plant design for new power plant and industrial process plants with neutral or minimised CO2 emissions,
- professional leadership in various technical areas of expertise (e.g. plant design, layout, process engineering, thermodynamic modelling, commissioning),
- managing the cross-project development of technical expertise and passing this on to employees in the individual projects as a consultant, mentor and coach
- You have the guideline competence, are a knowledge provider and consultant for application-oriented research and development projects in the field of new processes/technologies.
- You present the company's technical expertise in the area of plant planning, internally at all levels of the company and its stakeholders and externally in an international environment in specialist committees and at conferences.
- Master of Science in Process Engineering or equivalent
- At least 15 years of experience as a senior engineer in plant engineering
- Outstanding expertise in process and plant engineering
- Experience in the commissioning of power plants or industrial facilities
- Proven track record of developing exceptional expertise
- Ability to communicate highly complex issues
- Very good communication skills
- Committed, convincing and representative demeanour
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English
