Our FinTech Solutions Team in IT is looking for you!

For our dynamic team we are looking for a colleague, that would help us coordinate the different aspects of the service management, ranging from ensuring proper status of our assets in the internal system repositories (mainly ServiceNow, Azure DevOps) up to ensuring efficient and transparent collaboration with our near-shore and off-shore suppliers. Our main focus is on the Finance and Controlling areas in the context of SAP (ERPonHANA, S4HANA, BTP), but we are supporting our business process owners also with a range of important "non-SAP" tools.

The main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high data quality of entries in ServiceNow, being it applications, resolver groups, but also measuring the SLA / KPI fullfilment of our service
  • Ensuring a proper Service Transition in to the Ops part of the "DevOps", i.e. documentation is up to date, all the security and operational aspects of the solutions are properly handed over by the various projects
  • Support collaboration and communication cross-departments and cross-hierarchies, ensuring the crucial information and decisions are reaching the right counterparts
  • Ensuring regular alignment with UIT controlling department and proper budget handling and management within our division (3 teams)
  • Bringing all the relevant stakeholders to one "DevOps table" and ensure proper flow of communication and efficient collaboration of all the respective parties, which includes tasks in Incident management, Change management and operational supplier steering. Currently we rely on Azure DevOps and SAP Solution Manager (CHARM)

  • Proficiency in SAP FI and CO modules (onHANA and S4HANA)
  • Familiarity with Solution Manager CHARM processes
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles (ideally with experience in Azure DevOps)
  • Effective communication skills in both English and German
  • Capability to collaborate with international teams


Additional skills:

  • Understanding of or certification in ITIL4
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP tools (Fiori, SAC)
  • Understanding of controlling mechanisms
