Our Energy Asset Supplier Strategy team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- You facilitate and maintain relationships with our strategic suppliers and you act as a key contact, from the Energy Asset side, for strategic suppliers of services to our operational assets
- You are responsible for the performance management (including HSSE Performance, Quality, Sustainability and Security) for our medium-sized and strategic suppliers, including
- establishing annual goals,
- developing and monitoring progress,
- analyzing the internal Energy Asset feedback and
- working together with the strategic suppliers on achieving the best outcome for Uniper
- You support the negotiation, led by Procurement, of multi-year contracts such as LTSAs and LTMAs from a technical perspective to ensure robust and cost efficient service delivery at high quality in close collaboration together with Procurement, technical experts and the legal department
- You define supplier management strategies, evaluation criteria and decision parameter for a multi-supplier environment in close collaboration together with Procurement
- You have a University degree or adequate professional qualification in relevant field
- You have outstanding interpersonal skills with an affinity to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and other (senior) stakeholders
- You have profound negotiation and communication skills and a highly-developed ability to deal with conflicts in a constructive manner
- You have proven experience in contract, supplier or relationship management or in another position with contractual and/ or commercial focus
- You have relevant experience in power plants or other major asset driven/ engineering type of companies
- You have above-average conceptual and project management competencies
- You are fluent in English and German language
