  • You act as the main interface between Corporate Research & Technology and the Consumer Product business unit, coordinating our joint activities

  • You will coordinate the exchange and alignment of roadmaps between the business unit and Corporate Research and Technology

  • You will find opportunities for new business in the field of Consumer Products, evaluate new applications and technologies and prepare the proposals for new projects

  • You identify fields of innovation through active and systematic screening in focus fields, nature and hunting, mobile imaging, cinematography

  • You can actively shape the "New Business Ideas" pipeline in the field of Consumer Products at Corporate Research & Technology

  • With application knowledge and a clear understanding of the customer, you will contribute to the success of Corporate Research & Technology, e.g. by initiating and steering development projects


  • A degree in natural sciences, engineering, data science or economics, a PhD is beneficial

  • First relevant professional experience (1-2 years) in the field of consumer products and a great interest for related technologies

  • First verifiable experience and successes in the management of research and/or development projects,

  • Understanding of consumer trends and preferences and research methods to identity them

  • Proven skill in dealing with customers, colleagues and scientific partners as well as efficient and well-structured working methods

  • A distinct ability to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing, and a very good command of English

  • Willingness to travel internationally as part of the work
