As a quality management and cross-plant coordination specialist, you have the opportunity to broaden your perspective and put your ideas into action. You actively shape the processes that characterize our products worldwide and ensure that our customers receive what they expect from Mercedes-Benz: The best.
That awaits you:
- You independently coordinate and control series issues across our locations and ensure continuous optimization of delivery quality
- You will further develop existing methods or develop new methods to continuously improve our processes and quality standards
- You work in an international environment and have interfaces in several departements and manage overarching projects there
- You manage management-committees and central reporting to ensure transparency and high quality standards
- As an interface to partner areas, especially with field complaints, you proactively respond to customer feedback and initiate improvement processes
- You monitor quality metrics and develop continuous improvement measures
- You are part of an open feedback culture that promotes the exchange of ideas and continuous improvements
You should bring this with you:
- You have completed a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have professional experience in a relevant area, ideally related to quality assurance
- You have strong communication skills and can act as a link between different units
- You are confident in using MS Office and have experience with systems such as CAT, SFMd, etc.
- You speak German and English full professional
- You are ready for occasional business trips
