We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our Global People Analytics Team in the area of People & Culture (P&C) at Nordex Group. As a working student, you will be responsible for supporting our team in various tasks related to people analytics on a global level.
- Collect and analyze P&C metrics
- Develop and maintain P&C dashboards
- Support P&C colleagues and business partners with data and insights
- Optimize and automate existing reporting landscape
- Analyze and visualize data for different stakeholders (e.g. management, board)
- Assist in data governance
- Support annual budget planning and tracking
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Knowledge of statistical methods is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
