Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Collecting and interpreting data & information in scope of Source-to-Pay HUB Germany
- Creating and monitoring reports, statistics and Key Performance Indicators to facilitate an efficient and transparent steering of the Function
- Analyzing the consolidated spend baselines, identifying opportunities and making suggestions
- Ensuring the exchange of information & benchmarking within the Source-to-Pay Community
- Co-designing and delivering regular as well as ad-hoc reports and dashboards
- Monitoring the annual action plan (procurement project portfolio) realization in collaboration with the respective stakeholders
- Targeting continuous improvement of related processes and tools; such as Ivalua, OneCapp, AI etc.
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- University degree at post graduate level - preferably in Business Administration with a focus on Procurement/Purchasing or Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in controlling and/or management reporting ideally in a Procurement environment
- Experience in eProcurement / eSourcing tools (Ivalua, Catalogue Management, SAP....)
- Good knowledge of BI tools and tools in the travel environment (Online Booking Engine, Digital RK Invoicing,..)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, in particular very good Excel and PPT know-how
- Organized and methodical approach to work
- Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength and flexibility
- Business fluent German or English (C1 Level) and at least very good skills of the other language; knowledge of French is desirable
