Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Aufgaben im 1st und 2nd Level Support (Inhouse IT-Helpdesk) mit einer modernen ITSM Software
- Annahme, Qualifizierung und Fehlerbehebung von internen Supportanfragen der Anwender rund um die IT-Systeme der STP Gruppe
- Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplatzsystemen und Notebooks für unsere internen Anwender inklusive Mobile Device Management (Intune)
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur (Active Directory, Azure AD, M365 Systemlandschaft, Windows Clients & Server, Netzwerke, Security, TK-Anlagen etc.)
- Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen (ISO27001)
- Mitwirkung an verschiedenen IT-Projekten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (w/m/d) Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im IT-Support
- Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von MS Windows-Systemlandschaften
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Client- und Serverbetriebssystemen
- Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Teamorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
