As a (Senior) Specialist Total Rewards (m/f/d) you will be part of our Group HR Function. You will support the design & deployment of the compensation & benefits strategy in Bauer Media Group and work closely with colleagues from all Bauer countries such as Germany, UK or Poland just to name some of the 14 Bauer locations.

The position is located in Hamburg, with the possibility for hybrid work. We offer an attractive relocation package.


Your responsibilities

  • Be an important player in the designing and development of global and local total rewards programs
  • Take part in the design and implementation of job architecture
  • Be responsible for delivering benchmarks on different levels and creating pay-bands
  • Be responsible for salary surveys, reporting and providing market information
  • Assist in annual salary – and performance review

Your profile

  • Minimum two years of experience with working with compensation & benefits in a bigger organisation
  • Able to work with benchmark and experience in salary and performance review
  • Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors will be an advantage, but not a need
  • Speaking and writing both in German and English on a professional level
  • You are analytical, project-oriented and have good Excel and PowerPoints skillsLike to communicate and being curious
  • Can work in teams and as a individual
