Dynamics 365 CRM Product Owner (m/f/d)

- Lead and manage the technical aspects of our MS Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring it meets the organization's needs; ensure all CRM requirements and settings follow standard practices and align with business objectives to maintain consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and advising on how to leverage standard CRM features
- Oversee system maintenance, updates, and changes to ensure smooth operations
- Identify areas for system improvement based on stakeholder feedback and market trends, creating smart, best-practice solutions
- Provide training, support, and documentation to enable business users to effectively utilize the CRM system and become self-sufficient
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and/or more than 5 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in CRM administration, including user setup, data importing, system customizations, SQL and security configuration
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues
- A proactive approach to communication and teamwork, and a strong customer-service orientation
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Minimum Salary
Annual gross salary from € 51,686.43, based on professional qualification and experience.
