We are looking for a Supply Planner (m/f/d)
We are seeking a Supply Planner with a proven track record in replenishment and planning, particularly focusing on Non-Food assortment, to join our driving Supply Planning team.

In this role you will be responsible for replenishment of the warehouse goods, liaising with vendors, improving inventory replenishment tools and strategy, managing potential supply chain risks, monitoring and optimizing inventory levels, and working with cross-functional teams and third-party service providers to align supply chain plans with business objectives.

In addition, the following tasks await you:

  • Fulfilling ordering process: calculates and places orders based on current stock level and forecast per item and vendor, incl. vendor lead-times, MOV and MOQ, open transits, etc.
  • Ensure efficient stock management and maximizing Product Availability: regular analysis of SKU's turnover; RCA of excessive stock and out of stock, including proactive follow-up with recommendations of concrete action.
  • Coordinate ordering according to opportunistic buying and selling activities with the Commercial department.
  • Effectively collaborates with Demand Planners and Vendor Managers: to gather information, share insights, make informed decisions, tracking items performance and life cycle for better order and stock level planning.
  • Provides timely and transparent communication supply chain updates, potential issues, and solutions to internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensures regular checks and closing of open/pending orders and communicates with vendors to clarify situation and the most relevant data for next orders.
  • Manages between WH, Vendor and Vendor Manager claims due to deliveries discrepancies, returns and damages of goods ordered via Direct Vendors.
  • Checks and prepares documentation (received from vendor, email confirmations, etc.) for FiCo team related to pending/open invoices.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally across the Supply Chain & related Departments like: Warehousing, Demand Planning, Commercial, Marketing, IT teams to streamline operations and improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Actively participates in regular team, cross-functional, company meetings.
  • Supports in new vendor onboarding (first orders and communication).
  • Continuous Improvement: identifies opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the supply chain and ordering process (factors, parameters/conditions, calculation), initiates technical changes/developments.
  • Prepares instructions, procedures, etc. for process standardization and optimization (incl. new processes).
  • Works with different non-standard ad-hoc requests and projects collaborations.

This is a permanent full-time position that based in our Dusseldorf office with possibility partially work remotely.


  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management.
  • Strong personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including ERP systems and logistics management platforms (advanced MS Excel as a must). Power BI knowledge as a benefit as well as other technical knowledge and skills.
  • Comfort in dealing with big volumes of data, detail focused and accuracy in numbers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of ownership and end-to-end thinking
  • Experience in setting, monitoring and reporting KPIs
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential, intermediate German also required.
