Develop your individual Journey of Growth:
- Within 12 months, you complete various project assignments at home and abroad which are tailored to your personal profile and ambition for the future

Join our "Global Vehicle Logistics" team as a Trainee and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Mercedes-Benz finished vehicle logistics. You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our esteemed vehicles are delivered seamlessly and efficiently to dealerships across the globe. Your role is pivotal in synchronizing global demands with logistical capacities closely with our external transportation partners, utilizing cutting-edge digital tools to guarantee precise and on-time deliveries. Collaboration is key; you'll join forces with visionary teams in sales, quality and production to ensure logistics strategies are perfectly aligned with our overarching business goals. At "Global Vehicle Logistics," your contributions will directly enhance the satisfaction of Mercedes-Benz customers. Every day, you'll see the impact of your work, knowing that you're an integral part of delivering not just vehicles, but also the joy and excellence associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Qualifications:
- An above-average degree (bachelor, master, MBA or doctorate) in Logistics, Transport Management, Economics, Technical Business Administration or comparable course of studies
- Relevant professional experience (maximum of 3 years apart from studies) in the logistics sector with a focus on “finished vehicles logistic” is desirable
- At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
- Excellent knowledge of English and German
- Affinity and enthusiasm for digital technologies and trends
- Social commitment is preferred
- You are ready to drive the transformation forward at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility
- You are open and communicative and have very good analytical skills
- You are a team player and can motivate others
