As a Trainee in “Electric Drive” at Mercedes-Benz, you will join an enthusiastic team dedicated to redefine the boundaries of electromobility. Your mission is to electrify our customers with best in class charging solutions. Your role encompasses guiding a customer-centric product development process from pre-development to market launch and beyond. You will play a central role in supporting the overall transformation towards becoming a customer-centric organization. You will gain deep insights into the world of agile product development covering the full spectrum of digital customer features, mobile apps and hardware solutions. Work with us at the intersection of research and operations. Your technical and analytical know-how, customer focus and pioneering spirit will help make the vision of a sustainable, emission-free future a reality.
Qualifications:
- An above-average degree (bachelor, master, MBA or doctorate) in Media Science, Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Human factors, UX, HMI or comparable course of study
- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
- At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
- Excellent knowledge of English - good German language skills are an advantage
- Affinity and enthusiasm for digital technologies and trends
- Social commitment is preferred
- You are ready to drive the transformation forward at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility
- You are open and communicative and have very good analytical skills
- You are a team player and can motivate others
