Job overview:

You will work closely with the Regional Head of Support Professional Talent Management on all stages of the employee lifecycle, including the development, execution and support of all talent management initiatives for the SP population (functions such as Executive Assistants, Finance, Knowledge Services, Marketing, etc.). This role will work with SP managers, SPTM team, HC Managers, and other HC teams to support the SP populations with recruiting, integration and retention, performance management, inclusion and diversity, training and development, employee relations and compensation activities. ​


  • Assist the Regional Head of SP Talent Management in providing guidance and support for all client groups on all SP related matters. ​
  • Help execute and deliver on regional and global talent initiatives to enhance the overall employee and manager experience. ​
  • Provide support to the various functional areas during major annual initiatives such as the performance management and year-end compensation processes. Contribute to various talent discussions that are had with talent reviews, career pathing/professional development frameworks and follow-ups. ​
  • Provide guidance to SP employees and managers on all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Deliver monthly talent management overview to all new joiners ​
  • Build relationships with the local HC teams and work together on talent management related initiatives ​
  • Work with local HC Operations team to capture documentation and Workday updated related to employee promotions, transfer, role changes, etc.

Performance Management ​

  • Contribute to the implementation and training of global performance management tools and processes​
  • Support managers and employees relative to content, ratings consistency, and process timelines, including following up when deadlines are not met. ​
  • Provide guidance on professional development and training needs. ​

Compensation ​

  • Work closely with the Compensation team when benchmark data is requested as part of the annual year-end compensation process and throughout the year where needed. ​
  • Support the year-end compensation process for Support Professionals to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, compliance, and equity, including assisting in manager training. ​

Recruiting, Culture Building & Retention ​

  • Partner with SP Recruiting to stay apprised of hiring needs and raise any concerns and work with hiring managers and local HC to ensure on-boarding process is planned. ​
  • Assist with keeping a pulse check on employee morale across the region and raise any concerning trends to the Regional Head of SP Talent Management. ​
  • Follow-up on work-life quality concerns with local HC and employees and escalate where needed. ​
  • Help build a community for SP managers who leverage one another's expertise and serve as a support system. ​
  • Support delivery of any talent retention and career development strategies. ​

Project Management ​

Contribute to the design, development and implementation of talent related projects for SPs (e.g. job title/leveling project, return to office, etc). ​


  • Several years of experience (at least 3 years) as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of German employment law.
  • Strong written and verbal English & German communication skills; ability to tailor the message to fit the audience.
  • Strong client relationship skills; the ability to establish positive working and collaborative relationships, both internal and external.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and proactive; someone who takes full ownership of her/his work and is flexible to prioritize or reprioritize as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability and desire to work within a collaborative team and possess an interest in Human Resources.
  • Strong work ethic that is consistently exhibited in attitude and personal drive.
  • Strong desire and passion for helping teams/functions grow/develop.
  • Self-motivated with results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that motivates within a cohesive team environment.
  • A team player able to function independently, but collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to be productive, flexible and to simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a performance-driven environment.
  • Interest and ability to work effectively as part of a global team with a regional focus.

Technical skills

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ​
  • HRIS experience is a plus with experience in Workday preferred
