  • You continuously develop and implement the Global Manufacturing Quality Platform with a focus on best practices sharing, process harmonization, spreading return of experience, process robustness and control, and sustainability of improvement
  • You train and support the implementation of manufacturing process improvements and best practices
  • You perform factory assessments, identify gaps, and support the implementation of the associated plans in a structured and systematic manner
  • You collaborate in investment analysis to ensure alignment with the Global Manufacturing Quality Platform
  • You participate in root cause analysis of transformer quality issues
  • You ensure that the Global and local Quality Control Plans are regularly updated based on identified quality issues and best practices
  • You lead and coordinate the global manufacturing quality subject expert pool
  • You reduce COPQ and improve productivity in full collaboration with the local and Global Operations Development and Quality teams
  • You support Manufacturing Quality Audits and Assessments in collaboration with the local team and Global QHSE Manager
  • You coach and mentor Junior Operations and Quality individuals
  • You support Manufacturing Quality Audits and Assessments in collaboration with Q-Community (local team, BU-Q Manager and Global QHSE Manager)

  • You have a Master or Bachelor degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering
  • You are a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
  • You have Graduate or Post Graduate studies in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Quality / Lean / Six Sigma (preferred)
  • You possess extensive knowledge and experience with power transformers manufacturing processes at an expert level
  • You have successful experience in managing major improvement projects with excellent facilitation skills
  • You have basic knowledge of transformer design (preferred)
