Supply Chain Assistant Manager (m/f/d) Automotive
The position holder manages and coordinates SCM related operational processes. Furthermore, the position holder acts as the main contact for all system related issues.
- managing/maintaining system data
- executing requests (e.g. sales orders, RMA and stock adjustment)
- managing inventory
- working with production, sales, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
- preparing relevant reports
- handling claims
- controlling and improving logistics processes and systems
- performing complex analysis to create information and to interpret data and trends
- recognizing issues as well as potentials (e.g. Capacity bottlenecks), defining solutions/countermeasures and implementing those
- reporting to SCM management
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management
- At least 3 years' experience in Logistics or SCM related position, preferably in the automotive supplier industry
- Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g.: excellent handling of pivot tables)
- Good understanding data management, reporting and basic data analysis
- Have good presentation and communication skills
- Fluent English & German language skills
- SAP user experience (SCM relevant modules)
