  • Development and implementation of an innovative and competitive product range
  • Push ideas to market with innovation projects to broaden the portfolio
  • Monitor revenue, profit development and sales activities of the product range in the area of responsibility and set corrective actions accordingly
  • Define and maintain the product range of existing and innovative products
  • Close cooperation with peer departments (R&D, Application, Sales etc.)
  • Push to market with training and support in customer presentations
  • Actively analyse and monitor competitors and markets

  • Studies in food or beverage technologies, nutritional sciences or business administration
  • Experienced in product and/or portfolio management
  • High interest in technological products
  • Analytical and conceptional skills as well as structured, effective and responsible working method
  • Practical experience in project and time management
  • Motivation to help shape the product group with creative and inspirational ideas
  • Fluent English and German skills
  • Convincing and enthusiastic communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in the team
  • Result and solution oriented
  • Willingness for international travels
  • IT knowledge for MS Office, SAP experience
