Our Renewables Team in Germany is looking for you!
- Design and develop battery energy storage systems (BESS) integrated with solar and wind power projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for BESS installations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BESS with solar PV and Wind systems
- Perform detailed engineering analysis, including sizing, modeling, and simulation of BESS
- Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for BESS projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Monitor and analyze the performance of BESS installations, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Provide technical support during the commissioning and testing of BESS
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in BESS technology and solar engineering
- Mentor and guide other engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar engineering and BESS SCADA design and implementation
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including system design, installation, and maintenance
- Proficiency in BESS SCADA technologies, including lithium-ion batteries, battery management systems, power conversion systems, data handling, communication technology and power trading with BESS systems
- Experience with energy management software, simulation tools, and modeling platforms
- Familiarity with grid integration, power electronics, and control systems for renewable energy projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
