Job Description

We are the leading provider of software in the healthcare sector. With our vision ‘No one should suffer or die just because some medical information is missing', we want to create a culture that makes a sustainable contribution to the future of our healthcare system. Our work serves the goal of improving healthcare by ensuring that the necessary information is available anytime and anywhere.

Your contribution:

  • Join a collaborative team of passionate developers on a mission to migrate our legacy pharmaceutical data management system to a future-proof, cutting-edge technology stack based on Angular, Nest.js, TypeORM, and PostgreSQL.

  • Employ your technical skills to refine and advance the workflows of our pharmaceutical experts, ensuring that our system is not only powerful but also a joy to use.

  • Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and operation. You build it, you run it.

  • You'll be a champion for quality, conducting thorough code reviews, writing automated tests (including unit, integration, and acceptance tests), and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience that meets the high standards of the pharmaceutical industry.

Your qualifications:

  • You have several years of professional experience developing web-based applications and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.

  • You have your finger on the pulse of the latest trends in web application development and are adept at applying these innovations to your work.

  • Your tool belt includes mastery of TypeScript and SQL, as well as extensive experience with modern web development frameworks, preferably Angular and Nest.js.

  • You are an excellent communicator, capable of articulating complex technical concepts and collaborating effectively with your team.

  • You are fluent in English, both in speaking and writing (CEFR B2 level or higher)

This is what you can expect from us:

  • Mobile work: Work flexibly on the move two days a week and on site three days a week.

  • Meaning and purpose: Become part of an important mission. At the interface between healthcare and digitalization, we are shaping the future of e-health.

  • Attractive locations with real communities: For us, the focus is on people and cohesion. Our mobile work concept ensures we have the best of both worlds – mobile working and targeted on-site cooperation

  • Safety: We offer you a secure job in a crisis-proof market environment

  • All-round package: employee discounts, sophisticated feel-good management and other location-specific offers
