As a Security Manager you have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international working environment that is characterized by the different cultures of our employees, who are achieving great things together day by day. This role is focused on delivering all security requirements at our Pandora Distribution Center in Hamburg. You will work closely with the Management team, Facility Manager and colleagues from Global Security team carrying out key security as well as health and safety initiatives. A key output will be to identify risks and implement a baseline framework to support the physical security needs of our colleagues and premises. You will also be expected to raise awareness throughout the DC and embed a strong control environment focusing on compliance to drive security improvements.
- You implement initiatives and projects within the Security Strategy in alignment with the Global Security Team.
- You are the main responsibility for day-to-day security topics at our Distribution Center, especially occupational health and safety.
- You collaborate and align with our external security company and guards.
- You design and implement a suite of standards, policies and procedures to protect colleagues, assets, premises and supply chain.
- You identify non-compliant behavior and take appropriate discussions and actions.
- You are the key contact and support in the event of an incident or disaster recovery efforts.
- You keep informed on industry best practices and benchmarks, highlighting areas of new risks and any initiatives to ensure Pandora remains protected.
- You assess physical security posture as well as health and safety set-up and develop a strategy to introduce improvements focused where most needed.
- You have a background in security, distribution, logistics or supply chain management.
- Ideally, you have Physical Security or Loss Prevention experience within the retail sector.
- You bring a good understanding of security standards such as SBD, strong interpersonal skills and experiences in stakeholder management.
- You are excited to work cross-functional and in a complex international environment.
- You are capable of working under pressure, prioritizing tasks with competing deadlines to optimize business results.
- You are solution focused and proven problem solver, highly analytical and able to provide detailed, clear and concise reports.
- You are fluent in English and German.
