Our Green Power Portfolio Team in Düsseldorf is looking for You!

  • Lead formulation of business strategy for expansion of Uniper's Green Power portfolio in line with Uniper's Corporate Strategy. In formulating such strategy, collaborate with other commercial functions such as Global Origination and Commercial Strategy department, and consider Uniper's mix of assets, contracts and competencies in the Green Power space
  • Manage a team of portfolio strategy and product development experts
  • Identify the initiatives needed to ensure that the Green Power Portfolio can achieve its ambitions. Develop implementation roadmap with engagement and support of the relevant stakeholders (for example, Short-term Trading & Dispatch, Power Operations, Global Origination, Sales, Business Controlling, Risk, IT, Market Analytics etc.) and ensure successful delivery
  • Lead product development, and champion implementation in close collaboration with other Power teams, Global Origination and Sales (i.e. product ideation and ensuring commercial and risk requirements are translated into bespoke contracts and implementation requirements are outlined for the various enabling functions)
  • Build a strong knowledge of current and emerging market regulations and trends that affect the Green Power portfolio. Take responsibility for providing commercial feedback into applicable consultation processes for market reforms/regulatory changes

  • Excellent commercial awareness and detailed knowledge of energy markets (including risks associated with different types of assets and contracts), regulations and customer needs
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and proven ability to help scale a business at pace
